Building Movement Project (BMP), with the support of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, invites professionals from grantmaking institutions to join for the inaugural Philanthropy and Social Movements Funder Lab between February and June of 2022.
Thirty Greater Portland organizations received a total of $146,750 in funding through Maine Community Foundation’s (MaineCF) Rines Thompson Fund.
Twelve organizations were awarded a total of $82,500 for projects that ranged from music classes and bereavement support to workshops with performing artists and others.
Nominations are due February 9th and will be reviewed later in February.
