Beyond Burnout: Supporting a Thriving & Equitable Nonprofit Workforce in Maine

Nonprofit workers are burning out and leaving the sector for preventable reasons. In this interactive workshop, participants will share their own experience of burnout working conditions, and generate ideas for how funders and managers can improve nonprofit job quality. Highlights from the newly released Sustainable Jobs Toolkit will be presented and discussed, and participants will leave with action steps to move their own organizations towards equity-oriented and worker-friendly practices.
