Grants from the Maine Community Foundation’s (MaineCF) PF Fund for the Baldwin Area are available for nonprofit organizations and projects that benefit the community.
In 2023, a total of $50,614 was awarded to four area organizations, including:
- Baldwin Historical Society, to purchase a new computer
- Breakwater Learning, to provide enriching summer camp experiences for area youth
- MSAD #55, to provide the opportunity for the Class of 2025 to travel to Quebec in March 2024 as a cultural and educational experience
- Town of Baldwin, for walking trails to encourage safe and healthy outdoor activities for all ages.
