When we shared our first annual report in 2020, we knew it was an important piece of building trust through transparency and accountability. What we didn’t realize was that these annual reports are also a gift of reflection. Reflecting on the year that has passed offers an opportunity to look back to inform our path forward. Our big lesson in 2022 is the importance of tending to the soil; cultivating the soil with care to heal past injuries, nourishing it to support and grow what we value now, and into the future. There is so much we can learn from nature. Find out what we've been learning!
