BerryDunn Manager Kati Denham Joins Maine Philanthropy Center’s Board

Portland, Maine – June 26, 2018. The Maine Philanthropy Center is pleased to announce that Kati Denham has joined its board of directors. Denham is a manager in BerryDunn’s Tax Consulting and Compliance Services Group, focusing primarily on closely-held and family-owned businesses in the real estate, hospitality, and construction industries. She also is a member of the firm’s State and Local Tax group, providing services and advice on a myriad of multi-state issues.

Denham joined the Maine Philanthropy Center board because she knows several people who have worked with the Center and, in her own words, is “attracted to the Center’s mission of supporting effective philanthropy in the state of Maine.” She also “is excited to be a part of helping both grantmaking organizations and nonprofits achieve their goals.”

Denham brings highly-valued skills to her board work. She graduated magna cum laude from Saint Anselm College, where she obtained a bachelor of arts degree in business, with an accounting focus. She also holds a master’s degree in taxation from Bentley University. Kati lives in North Yarmouth with her husband Matthew and their two boys, Aidan and Jacob. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, reading and spending time with family.

The Maine Philanthropy Center is privileged to have Kati on its team and looks forward to her leadership.
