Since February, we have heard and learned from you through community listening sessions, key informant interviews, and focus groups across Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
Now we want to make sure we got it right.
We will begin with a 30-minute presentation, which will be recorded for reference and availability to community members on Point32Health Foundation’s website, then conclude with open discussion and your questions. The second half will not be recorded.
Following the webinar, you will be invited to participate in a survey to prioritize the findings by ranking them. The survey will be open from August 24th through September 5th.
The survey results will inform Point32Health Foundation’s strategic planning process. We encourage you to attend the webinar; if you are not available, we ask that you still complete the survey.
In early 2023, the Foundation team will share with community and stakeholders how they plan to implement their future strategies.
