With their important voice and unique perspective, grantmakers play an integral role in strengthening Maine’s communities through their funding, capacity building initiatives, data collection/evaluation and mission investing.
The Maine Association of Nonprofits and Maine Philanthropy Center have invited the four gubernatorial candidates – Alan Caron, Terry Hayes, Janet Mills, and Shawn Moody – to participate in separate one-hour webinars to discuss issues that matter to nonprofits and funders. This conversation is with Alan Caron.
The questions for the candidates have been shaped by a mission-diverse, 29-member, statewide steering committee.
