Previously, this network decided to focus on the following areas for 2023: Ending Hunger, Equity in Food Systems, Climate & Contamination, and Processing & Infrastructure. During our final convening this year, we will tour both Fork Food Lab (Processing & Infrastructure) and Preble Street Food Pantry (Ending Hunger and Equity is Food Systems). We'll learn about the work that both of these nonprofits do as well as any challenges and trends they are seeing. After the tours, we'll have time for reflection and community building. We'll also collect ideas for next year's meetings.
