Job Type: Part-time at 16 hours/week, with possibly more during the growing season

Responsible for overseeing Incredible Edible Milbridge to support programmatic goals and organizational mission. The IEM coordinator reports to the executive director and works closely with the chief operating officer and experience coordinator.   • English fluency, Spanish a plus

Duties and responsibilities

  • Oversee the seasonal garden staff for the greenhouse, Red Barn, and Milbridge Commons gardens
  • Work closely with the IEM contractors and chief operating officer on the development and oversight of IEM budgets
  • Collaborate closely with engagement coordinator and community partners to plan and execute IEM workshops and educational programming in schools and the garden
  • Assist with any other projects as requested by the executive director

Pay

$20-$25 per hour based on experience and/or qualifications
