The Maine Philanthropy Center seeks a multi-talented and energetic administrative and research manager to join our 2.75-member staff team. The position is often the first point of contact with the organization. It includes office and vendor management, database and technology management, and research and generation of philanthropy information products. The administrative and research manager serves as the point person for nonprofit membership management, relationships, and technical assistance. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational and technology skills, a successful track record of supporting operations, excellent customer service and communications acumen, enthusiasm, personal initiative, and keen attention to detail. Must also have proven ability to work productively in a small organization with high expectations and competing priorities and deadlines. The position is based in Portland.
