Call for Workshop Proposals

Wednesday, March 3, 2021

The Maine Philanthropy Center is seeking proposals for workshops for its 2021 Philanthropy Partners Conference, which will take place virtually on May 18-20, 2021. The Maine Philanthropy Center's popular biennial Philanthropy Partners Conference provides an important and rare opportunity for hundreds of funders and nonprofits working across Maine to come together to learn, connect and collaborate. Through workshops, panel discussions, networking, and relationship-building activities, attendees share successes, learn about new trends and tools, and build connections that can enrich their work.

This year's theme is Centering Equity: Shifting Power, Building Community and we invite you to help us build a conference that encompasses this theme. Proposals are welcome from organizations, foundations and individuals working across the philanthropic and nonprofit sector.

This is a competitive process, and we will select workshops to create a balanced program while prioritizing BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color)led* organizations and individuals.
