We are a non-profit, membership-based organization which democratically elects our leadership to represent home owners, the neighborhoods in which our properties are located and interested residents from the community We seek to collaborate with neighborhoods, municipal governments, businesses, community organizations and individuals to address the need for affordable housing by putting land into a trust so that people with limited incomes can live in the Greater Portland Area We believe that by increasing opportunities for people to procure the housing they need, we will make the Portland area a more economically and culturally diverse and vibrant place to live.
