Founded by the Maine Charitable Mechanic Association, Mechanics' Hall is a historic venue committed to supporting the intellectual and creative growth of our members and community through programs and events rooted in the humanities and mechanical arts. We are stewards of a landmark building that houses a grand ballroom, classroom space, and the 8th oldest membership library in the country.
