Do you want to increase your confidence in building donor relationships?
Join highly rated and dynamic trainer, Jenn Hayslett, for this lively two-hour workshop and practice with some tools to more fully engage your donors in the life of your organization.
You will learn to build relationships with donors in meaningful ways by developing your authentic curiosity and “fundraising listening skills" to help match your mission with your donors’ philanthropic goals. As part of the workshop, you will build a donor engagement plan for a real donor with your organization.
Jenn Hayslet combines her years of leadership experience as a fundraiser for small and mid-sized nonprofits with brain-science research on best practices. She will lead you through activities designed to decrease anxiety and increase your confidence.
This workshop is appropriate for anyone interested in increasing their comfort with getting to know donors. It is designed for those who are relatively new to donor cultivation, as well those with multiple years of experience who want a little inspiration.
This is a hands-on workshop. Come prepared to participate with your screen on. Once you sign up, you will be given a pre-work assignment to complete (approximately 1 hour of work).
