Part two of an ongoing conversation about operating support among Maine’s funders.

The collective conversation about operating support was kicked off at the May 2016 Funders Forum with presentations by Vu Le and Kim Hamilton. In October 2016, we continued the conversation by talking about the why or why not of funding operating support broadly and how funding (or not funding) operating support achieves different goals.

The next step in the discussion is examining real-life examples from Maine funders. Join us for the opportunity to talk with each other in more depth about specific grant scenarios and hear directly from some of your colleagues on their policies or approaches to operating support. Consider the impact for grantees.

While we’ll be continuing a conversation started at earlier programs, you do not have to have attended those programs to come to this program.
