Please join us for the fall gathering of Corporate Funders in Maine. This session will be a roundtable conversation, lightly facilitated, and will center around employee engagement strategies and innovations necessitated by COVID and other factors. Leah MacLeod from UNUM (www.unum.com) will share the evolving Corporate Social Responsibility strategies of the company, how COVID and return to office has impacted their employee engagement work, and the company’s response to local and national calls for racial justice.
This session is meant to be highly participatory and conversational - we invite participants to share their own learnings and ask questions of each other.
